Nissan Roadside Assistance

If you take out Nissan Extended Care, you'll receive Nissan Roadside Assistance, provided by RAC, for the duration of your warranty extension.

Plus you'll receive roadside assistance cover in years 2 and 3 in addition to the complimentary 12 months' cover that comes with every new Nissan.

ROADSIDE

Approximately 80% of all problems are resolved here.

ONWARD TRAVEL

If a repair cannot be carried out on the same day, or your car is undriveable due to an accident, you and up to 7 passengers can continue on your journey.

RECOVERY

If a roadside repair cannot be carried out, or your car is undriveable due to an accident, it will be taken to an authorised Nissan dealer or bodyshop of your choice.

AT HOME

If you have a problem at home and it cannot be repaired, your Nissan will be taken to your nearest Nissan dealer.

*If, during the first year of the Nissan manufacturer warranty, you purchase a 1 year extension you will be provided with an additional 3 years RAC cover and if you purchase a 2 year extension you will be provided with an additional 4 years RAC cover.

Roadside, Recovery and At Home products are provided by RAC Motoring Services (Reg'd No 01424399 Reg'd office 8 Surrey Street, Norwich, NR1 3NG. RAC Motoring Services (in respect of insurance mediation activities only) is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority and within the jurisdiction of the Financial Ombudsman Service and Financial Services Compensation Scheme.

General Exclusions

  • Public service vehicles including police cars, ambulances, fire service and military vehicles
  • Any vehicle made available for hire or reward
  • Vehicles used in any form of competition
  • Commercial vehicles over 3.5 tonnes
  • Any vehicle used for driving tuition
  • Taxis or mini cabs
